Welcome to 5 Elements Ecstatic Dance — Spring season 2026!
A space to move freely and express fully — a sober and joyful celebration of movement, connection, and presence. A dance floor with soul ♡
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time, this is a journey where experience doesn’t matter. Come as you are and dive into earthy, sensual rhythms, get wild with fiery tunes, soar with uplifting melodies, and return to yourself in gentle, flowing movement.
We start with a guided warm-up and move into a free flow where the music leads the way. Dancing through the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — the journey unfolds through electronic sound, funky grooves, playful rhythms, and flowing melodies.
We close with a moment of stillness, followed by a brief sharing for those who wish.
No choreography. No pressure.
Just your rhythm, your way.
All bodies welcome. No dance experience needed.

FIND THE WAY TO KOMPANI 415
The closest bus stop is Kvibergsskolan. When you get off the bus, just walk one minute back (with the "castle" on the right side of the road) until you see a yellow house on your right (that's Kompani 415!) – turn right into Marketenterivägen.
The closest tram stop is Bellevue (or Kviberg). From Bellevue, follow Kvibergsvägen straight towards the castle-like building, for about 10 minutes, until you see a yellow house on your left (that's Kompani 415!) – turn left into Marketenterivägen.
There's also a car parking on the opposite side of the road.

⫷ FACILITATORS ⫸
▻ Anna Lindh
I started 5 Elements Dance in Gothenburg in 2018. I am a 5 Elements Dance facilitator, a certified personal coach, and a meditation teacher. I have also studied psychology and dance and movement therapy. My goal is to help people find their way back to themselves through free movement, creative expression, and guided meditations. I love creating spaces where people can meet in authenticity and loving presence, beyond facades and the stress of everyday life. Self-compassion, self-love, and acceptance are at the core of everything I create and guide, often sprinkled with a generous dose of playfulness and joy!

I am a Somatic Coach and Circling Facilitator. I have worked with body, communication and presence for over 10 years. Before that it was all about martial arts, survival and music for me, and the art of understanding the body and life well enough to find ways and creativity, and dance with everything one can imagine facing, even violence and danger. Basically, I'm still on the same track. I want to pass on tools that create opportunities for others to blossom into their unique form, with their unique superpowers, and turn what has been difficult into an asset.

Dance can mean so much to us and has always been a significant part of all cultures. My intention is to support how liberating dance can be for us, while also emphasizing the sense of community it allows us to experience. I have worked as a movement coach and group fitness instructor in Gothenburg for eight years. I am also involved in running the concept The Groovement, which hosts regular events in Gothenburg.

Dance is to me one of the most powerful tools for personal development.
I have come to 5 Elements Ecstatic Dance in Kviberg almost every week for 3 years now. It feels so special to have gone from being a participant, to a volunteer, to creating some of the playlists to now being a facilitator myself.
I've studied dance and movement therapy and have been to many courses in personal development where movement has been a core component.
Here at 5 Elements I have worked through some of the toughest years of my life, because together we create a space where truly everything is welcomed.
